Work Underway on Parkside at Alliance

Developer Hillwood broke ground on Parkside at Alliance Town Center, a 3.5-acre project that will offer food and entertainment to residents of, and visitors to, the 900-acre mixed-use Alliance Town Center in Fort Worth. Grub Burger Bar and Shell Shack are already leasing space at the development, with additional tenants new to the north Fort Worth market to be announced soon. The restaurants are anticipated to open in summer 2018.

Parkside at Alliance Town Center is Fort Worth commercial real estate that will also offer entertainment, including a live music stage, comfortable seating and recreational activities, including cornhole and bocce ball. The locale will offer unobstructed views of the 14-acre Bluestem Park, which is home to dozens of species of native grasslands and plants, diverse wildlife, and trees and shrubs.
