Work Underway on 542K-SF Houston Warehouse Venture

Urban Logistics Realty (ULR) has started work on The Brickyard, a 542,851-square-foot, three-building business park located at 5020 Acorn Street in Northwest Houston. The development is a joint venture between Principal Asset Management and ULR. The Brickyard is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2026.

The three-building, speculative development is situated near Highway 290 in Northwest Houston. The Brickyard offers multiple configurations, allowing it to cater to users ranging from 30,000 to 542,851 square feet. It will include ample auto and trailer parking and speculative office space.

The project is being developed in partnership with Principal Asset Management, with construction financing provided by First United Bank & Trust. Harvey Builders is serving as general contractor, Powers Brown as the project architect, Kimley Horn as the Civil Engineer and Pinnacle as the Structural Engineer. Stream Realty’s Tyler Maner, Heath Donica and Jake Rathe are the leasing team.
