Work Underway on 344-Unit Modera Dallas Midtown

Mill Creek Residential, in partnership with Abington Properties, is going north on Modera Dallas Midtown, a 344-unit apartment complex situated in the 400-acre Midtown district. The five-story property will be adjacent to the mixed-use Galleria, with construction slated to be completed by summer 2020. Texas Capital Bank is providing construction financing.

Modera Dallas Midtown will the Dallas-based developer’s second development in the Midtown district. The 321-unit Modera Near the Galleria, at Noel Road and James Temple Drive, opened in May 2017.

The current development will offer studio, one, two and three-bedroom units, averaging 851 square feet. On-site amenities will include a double-volume lobby with coffee bar and adjoining ride-share lounge, a clubhouse with social kitchen, gas fireplace and gaming, fitness center and spin studio, a pet park with owner lounge and pet spa, a resort-style pool and collaborative workspace.
