Dhanani Private Equity Group and general contractor Allied Orion Group are in the midst of developing Territory at Greenhouse Apartments, a 288-unit apartment complex in the far-west Houston metro city of Katy, TX. The Class A property at 2500 Greenhouse Rd. is scheduled to open in February 2020, with pre-leasing beginning in fall 2019.

Allied Orion Group was also tapped by Dhanani to manage the property upon its completion. Both companies are headquartered in Houston. “This is our first project with Dhanani Private Equity Group, and we look forward to building a long-term partnership and working together on future projects,” said Allied Orion’s Loyal Proffitt.

Territory at Greenhouse will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans. Community amenities will include personal concierge services, a resort-style pool and courtyard fitness center, outdoor movie amphitheater, dog park and dog-wash station, clubhouse, resident lounge and business center.
