Work Nearly Underway on 329 Centennial Modular Apartments
Consolidated Investment Group (CIG) plans to get started soon on a 329-unit modular apartment complex in Centennial. The project at 9201 E. Dry Creek Road in Centennial sits where Arrow Electronics had its plant before it closed and was demolished.
The Denver Business Journal reports CIG’s six-building development will utilize modular construction. The 329 apartment units are being assembled off-site in the modular development process, allowing the company to reduce rents by as much as 15%.
The development, known as Alora at Dry Creek, will feature a mix of bedroom counts. Of the 329 units, 33 will be studio apartments that average 500 square feet, 216 one-bedroom units averaging 760 square feet and 80 two-bedroom units with an average size of 1,100 square feet.
The overall development will feature five multifamily buildings, a pool and a clubhouse with a fitness center, coworking space and lounge spaces for tenants.
The project has an anticipated completion date in late 2027.
