Work Begins on 4,000-Unit Miami Apartment Community
Demolition has officially commenced at The HueHub’s 12-acre site in Miami’s West Little River neighborhood, marking an early milestone in the development of the $880 million mixed-use community. Spanish developer Pablo Castro is replacing 141 apartments at the site with the record-breaking project. Construction of HueHub should start in April with general contractor First Florida. Arquitectonica is designing The HueHub.
Located at 8395 NW 27th Avenue, the transit-oriented development is planned to feature seven 35-story towers and more than 4,000 fully furnished residential units, along with extensive on-site amenities, neighborhood-serving retail, and public green space. Residences start at approximately $1,300 for studios, $1,600 for one-bedrooms, and $1,900 for two-bedrooms.
The HueHub will open its 3,000 units at base rental rates for first responders and essential workers.
HueHub will incorporate a full slate of amenities. Included are a 2-acre park, a fitness center with yoga/wellness studios, a swimming pool, coworking spaces, a podcasting studio, a cafe, a juice bar, a child care center, on-site medical facilities/urgent care, and 24/7 security.
