Work Begins on 254-Unit MF Community in West Roxbury

Construction management company Callahan Construction Managers has announced that it has begun work on Parkway Apartments, a new, 254-unit multifamily development in West Roxbury. The project is owned and is being developed by Lincoln Property Co.

Located at 1545 and 1555 VFW Parkway, the project includes two detached, four-story multifamily buildings with a mix of market rate and affordable housing. The community will total 372,823 square feet and will also include 387 parking spaces. Amenities will include an outdoor pool, exterior courtyard, fitness center, café and pet spa. The community is slated to be completed in February 2022.

“We are excited to announce another collaboration with Lincoln Property Company and SKI+I Architecture as we bring additional residential opportunities to Boston,” said Patrick Callahan, president at Callahan Construction. “The team is excited to be making progress and is taking an enthusiastic approach to working in the new normal with heightened safety protocols.”
