Worcester Office Tower Trades for $17M

Synergy Investments acquired Worcester Plaza Tower, a 244,000-square-foot office tower in central Massachusetts for $16.5 million.

At 24 stories, the tower is the tallest office building in Worcester. Synergy Investments plans to make capital improvements to the property. The sale of Worcester Plaza comes two weeks after the sale of SkyMark Tower, a 206-unit, 24-story apartment tower in Worcester.

Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates Inc. represented the seller, S-BNK Worcester Main, an entity registered to the Casey Brothers Trust of Boston, in the transaction.
