Worcester Apartment Tower Trades for $29M

Capstone Apartment Partners arranged the $28.8-million sale of SkyMark Tower, a 206-unit apartment building in Worcester. The property is located approximately 40 miles west of Boston.

Built in 1991, the 24-story tower consists of one- and two-bedroom apartments, and was 98% leased at the time of sale. Amenities include monitored garage parking, patrolled grounds and 24-hour security surveillance, as well as a business center and modern fitness center.

Stasiu Geleszinski, Austin Green and A.J. Klenk of Capstone represented the seller, VTT Management, in the transaction. The buyer was California-based investor Benedict Canyon Equities.
