Woods Partners Building 372-Unit Charlotte Rental Community

Wood Partners and Sarofim Realty Advisors are moving forward on Village Park, a 372-unit multifamily community in Charlotte’s Highland Creek and Prosperity Church area. The project is slated to open in May 2028. J.P. Morgan is providing financing.

Located at the corner of Prosperity Church and Benfield Roads, Village Park sits immediately next to Prosperity Village, a community Wood Partners previously developed. A Publix grocery store sits next door.

The unit mix includes one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, along with six two-bedroom, two-bathroom carriage-house units. Five percent of the homes will be set aside as affordable housing for households earning up to 80% of the area median income.

Inside the clubhouse, residents will find a fitness center, coworking spaces and private offices, a coffee bar and a clubroom. Outdoor amenities include a pool with cabanas, a dog park and dog spa, a fire pit and grilling areas.

Village Park is Wood Partners’ third community in the Prosperity Church area.
