Woodmont Signs Logistics Tenant at South Amboy Warehouse

Woodmont Industrial Partners and Joseph Jingoli & Son, Inc. have executed a five-year lease with Wingtat Cargo for 96,000 square feet at the recently completed 111 Main St. in South Amboy, N.J. The lease coincides with the delivery of the newly constructed, 152,100-square-foot Class A warehouse distribution facility, located within the city’s Broadway/Main Street redevelopment zone. Gary Politi and Michael Viera of JLL represented the landlords, and Jimo Liu of Cushman and Wakefield represented the tenant, a logitsics firm.

“The lease-up of this facility at delivery is a significant milestone for the project and a strong validation of the demand we’re seeing for high-quality industrial space in the region,” said Anthony Amadeo, EVP of Woodmont. “111 Main Sr. is exceptionally well-positioned, given its strong location to the Port – approximately 15 miles away – and Class A design that supports modern logistics operations.”

The site provides convenient connectivity to major highways and ports, positioning tenants to serve both local and broader Northeast markets.
