Woodmont Industrial Partners recently completed a multi-million dollar renovation at 2 Terminal Road in Lyndhurst, New Jersey, a 30,000-square-foot warehouse and distribution facility in the Meadowlands submarket. The renovation included upgrades such as a new roof and front entrance, LED lighting, painting, paving, landscaping, office space enhancements, and additional loading doors.  

Lee & Associates’ Michael Schaible and Troy Wisse are the exclusive leasing brokers for the property, which features parking and climate control. Woodmont’s recent projects include a lease with R.A.S. Logistics in Woodbridge, New Jersey, and the renovation and expansion of an industrial facility in South Brunswick, New Jersey.
