
Woodmont Properties Announces Leadership Transition
Woodmont Properties has announced key leadership changes effective January 1, 2024, with Lewis Zlotnick transitioning to executive vice president of the company’s Florida division. Daniel Miller, the current chief financial officer, has been promoted to chief operating officer, assuming Zlotnick’s responsibilities.
Zlotnick, instrumental in Woodmont’s growth for over three decades, will oversee the Florida division’s strategic expansion. Miller, appointed as COO, brings his successful tenure and financial acumen to expand Woodmont’s operational success. His responsibilities will encompass strategy, operations, and oversight across various divisions.
“Over the past 32 years, I have had the pleasure of contributing to Woodmont’s evolution from a 10-person local real estate company to a national developer with an unparalleled 160-person team.
