Woodmont Tenant Expands to NJ With Long-Term Lease  

Woodmont Industrial Partners has secured a long-term lease with R.A.S. Logistics for a newly constructed industrial building in Woodbridge, New Jersey.  

The 54,113-square-foot Class A industrial space features 32-foot clear height ceilings, multiple dock doors. R.A.S. Logistics, headquartered in Indiana, adds New Jersey to its list of operational states with this lease.  

The leasing agreement was celebrated with the presence of Woodbridge Township Mayor John McCormac and key Woodmont executives, including CEO Eric Witmondt.
