Woodmont Industrial Properties and EverWest are partnering on a renovation and expansion project in South Brunswick, NJ

Woodmont, EverWest Partner on South Brunswick Industrial Expansion

Woodmont Industrial Partners and EverWest Real Estate Investors have partnered to launch construction at 461 Ridge Rd., an existing 145,000-square-foot industrial facility that will undergo a complete renovation and a 65,000-square-foot expansion. The project in South Brunswick, NJ is slated for completion in the summer of 2023.

“New Jersey’s Exit 8A submarket affords access to 33% of the U.S. population in a 24-hour drive time, making it an ideal location for companies looking to decrease transportation time and costs,” said Anthony Amadeo, EVP of Woodmont. “We truly value our relationship with EverWest and are proud to partner with them on this project.”

EverWest currently manages 890,522 square feet of industrial space in New York and New Jersey, with an additional 646,805 square feet currently under development. 461 Ridge Rd. marks the fourth partnership for Woodmont and EverWest, along with projects in Franklin Township, Rahway and Woodbridge, NJ.
