Woodmont Begins Leasing Effort for Alta Locale in Palo Alto

Woodmont Real Estate Services has begun the leasing process for its newest apartment community in Palo Alto. Developed by Windy Hill Property Ventures, Alta Locale has studio and one-bedroom residences.

The multifamily site is located at the intersection of El Camino Real and Oregon Expressway, a short walk or ride to Stanford Shopping Center, the weekend farmers’ market, Caltrain and California Avenue retail/restaurants, and near Stanford University.

“In a supply-constrained submarket of the Bay Area like Palo Alto, new product with proximity to so many amenities will likely have immense appeal to audiences such as local tech talent, especially those working remotely that need periodic access to their headquarters, as well as Stanford graduate students and young professionals in any field,” said Jeff Bosshard, president of Woodmont’s multifamily operations.

Outdoor amenities include a private rooftop terrace lounge with fireplace and an oversized grilling station and dining area. The pet-friendly property also offers bike storage, EV charging stations, e-scooters and Amazon Hub package lockers.
