SI Group, a performance additives company has signed a multi-year lease to relocate its global headquarters to Two Hughes Landing in The Woodlands. It will take up 15,000 square feet of Two Hughes Landing and the company also purchased laboratory space in Houston. The company is leaving its current headquarters in upstate New York.

SI Group’s Brooke Manrique says the move puts them closer to the action, “We are actively growing our talent base in the Houston area–the decision to create two new spaces in this region is strategically aligned with our desire to be near the epicenter of our industry in the United States.”  

SI Group creates solutions that are meant to enhance industrial and consumer goods within the plastics, rubber & adhesives, fuels & lubricants, oilfield and pharmaceutical industries.
