The Woodlands Resort wraps up $26M revamp

The Woodlands Resort Puts Wrap on $26M Facelift

The Woodlands Resort has completed its $26 million renovation. The hotel, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton at 27800 Northwest Fwy, touched up all 402 rooms, including new showers, mattresses and bedding, 55-inch TVs and sleeper sofas. In addition, the hotel enhanced its 75,000 square feet of meeting space.

Harvey Builders was the contractor for the improvements. Merriman Anderson Architects handled the interior design for the project, which began in 2021 and was executed in four phases.

The most prominent change was the addition of three new dining options, bringing the total number to five. Lakeside restaurant Harrison’s has a newly reconfigured space over two levels with a smaller, sunken dining room that can be used for private events. The Spruce Market offers a quick bite to eat and is complemented by a retail boutique. The new Lobby Bar provides guests and locals with a relaxing space to unwind.
