Woodland Waterway Site for 268 Luxury Apartments/Condos

Howard Hughes Holdings is building a 13-story multifamily community on the Woodlands Waterway. The project will consist of 268 luxury apartments, with two-level townhomes in an adjacent four-story building. Called 1 Riva Row, the project will start work this month, and the completion date is expected to be the fourth quarter of 2025.

The project will include a four-story amenity area which will consist of an indoor/outdoor pool deck, fire pit, grills, a sports lounge, sky lounge and 24/7 fitness center.

The complex will also include coworking space with conference rooms and private offices. The facility will offer electric vehicle charging stations.

Hughes’ Crystal Bledsoe has high expectations for the community, “1 Riva Row will set the bar for luxury multifamily living in the community, becoming the most sought-after multifamily residences in the area with exceptional amenities and desirable positioning within the walkable urban hub of The Woodlands.”
