Woodland Self-Storage Facility Trades for $9M

Marcus & Millichap has arranged the sale of Weekender Storage, a 99,000-square-foot RV/Boat/Vehicle storage complex located in Woodland, WA. The facility, located about 30 miles north of Portland, OR, traded from an unnamed LLC to another undisclosed LLC for $9 million.

Christopher R. Secreto, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Seattle office had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller and also secured and represented the buyer.

Weekender Storage has a total of 99,000 net rentable square feet and 245 self-storage units, 99% of which were occupied at the time of sale. The property includes a rental office and large mezzanine.
