Woodinville West Industrial Flex Office Park Sells for $28M
Woodinville West, a 172,449-square-foot industrial flex office park in in Woodinville, sold for $28,000,000 to an unnamed private investor. The seller was Woodinville West, LLC.
Woodinville West is comprised of four high-quality, concrete and steel-framed buildings ranging in size from 21,345 square feet to 69,997 square feet. The assets are located at 16650, 16750, 16928, 16932 Woodinville Redmond Road NE. The park is near downtown Bellevue, Microsoft headquarters, regional Google offices, and major area freeways.
