Woodhouse Spa, a luxury spa brand, has signed a lease at the 1,142,972-square-foot Rosedale Center shopping center located in the heart of the Twin Cities.

Holly Rome, JLL Executive Vice President of National Retail Leasing, and Lane Walsh, JLL Vice President of National Retail Leasing, led the leasing effort at Rosedale Center and secured the lease. “With the evolution of retail, we continue to seek out forward-thinking, unique brands like Woodhouse Spa to join Rosedale Center,” said Rome. “The consumer appetite is ever-changing, and we are confident the community will enjoy this new health, wellness, and self-care experience the spa provides.”

The addition of Woodhouse Spa comes after several new tenant additions to Rosedale Center, including Lululemon, Anthropologie, Warby Parker, Hollister and Shake Shack, and the recently announced future addition of DICK’S Sporting Goods. DICK’S is scheduled to open in October 2024.
