Woodbury Shopping Mall Signs Two News Leases

RD Management has announced that Harriman Commons, a shopping mall in Woodbury, New York., has inked two new leases. Five Below, a specialty discount-store, has leased an 11,012 SF store formerly occupied by Ulta Beauty, and Rightly Dental, a local dentist, has signed a lease for 1,650 SF and is now seeing patients.

“We’re excited to continue growing Harriman Commons and bring a variety of options and convenience to the community,” said Richard Birdoff, principal and president of RD Management.

The center is now nearly 98% leased with the recent opening of clothing brand Burlington, and pad sites have been approved for a new BJ’s Fueling Station and a 3,000 SF drive-thru restaurant in front of BJ’s Wholesale Club. The gas station construction is scheduled to begin this quarter. Harriman Commons is anchored by Walmart, Target, The Home Depot, and BJ’s.
