Wood Ridge Warehouse Sold For $4M
A 15,000-square-foot warehouse in Wood Ridge, New Jersey, was sold for $3.7 million.
The property, located at 7A Donna Drive, received multiple bids and was sold quickly despite market challenges. The industrial warehouse is situated in the light industrial park zoning district and offers access to major roadways, including Interstate 95, Route 80, Route 46, Route 17, Route 3, and the Lincoln Tunnel. It features two loading docks, 19-foot ceiling heights, one drive-in door, and 15 parking spaces.
Mark Gjonbalaj and Alan Cafiero, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s New Jersey office, represented both the seller and the buyer in the transaction.
