The renown multifamily developer, Wood Partners, has begun construction on Alta Rolling Oaks. Situated along North Loop 1604 in North Central San Antonio, the project will offer tenants a mix of one, two and three-bedroom floorplans and a variety of community amenities such a pool, walking trail, fitness and business center.
