Wood Partners is teaming up with Pursuant Ventures to build Alta Center Point located at 625 Gregsons Bend in San Marcos. The multifamily residential community will offer 330 apartment homes with a mixture of one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans. Construction started 10 months ago and the development anticipates opening its first unit in the first quarter of 2024. Design Balance is the architect.

Alta Center Point will have a resort-style pool, outdoor kitchen and a dog park along with a clubroom. Residents will also have access to a high-tech fitness center, conference area with multiple personal workspace offices and a variety of entertaining spaces.

Wood Partners has been involved in the acquisition and development of more than 90,000 multifamily homes with a combined capitalization of $17.5 billion. The company currently owns 70 properties across the United States representing more than 20,000 homes.
