Wood Partners Introduce 370-Unit Residential Community in Worcester
Wood Partners has broken ground on its 370-unit residential community Alta on the Row, the company’s first development in Worcester, MA.
Alta on the Row is at 22 Mulberry Street in Worcester’s “Restaurant Row” and provides access to employers UMASS Memorial Health, Saint Vincent Hospital and Hanover Insurance Group as well as top higher education institutions UMASS Chan Medical School, Worcester Polytechnic Institute and Holy Cross. Alta on the Row’s location is walking distance of Union Station access to Boston via the MBTA Commuter Rail.
The property’s amenities in a rooftop lounge with unobstructed views of downtown Worcester, a resort-style pool with turf surround, multiple grilling stations and firepits, an outdoor “living room” connecting the two courtyards and an on-site pet spa and dog park with covered dog wash stations. Inside, residents will also have access to a 24/7 state-of-the-art fitness area, a game lounge and golf simulator lounge and co-working spaces.
