Wood Partners Hosts Grand Opening of Alta University Place in Seattle

Wood Partners, an Atlanta-based national multifamily real estate developer,  announced the official grand opening of its newest luxury residential community, Alta University Place. The upscale community is located in University Place, an upscale suburb situated near Tacoma, Washington.

The property is Wood Partners’ third development to debut in the Seattle-Tacoma market. Spanning more than eight acres, Alta University Place offers on-property amenities and convenient access to nearby retail and dining. The site is in close proximity to parks and recreational opportunities along the Puget Sound waterfront, and the property is situated near some of the region’s key employers.

Alta University Place features 274 apartment homes with a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans, with an average area of 893 square feet. The community offers a clubroom, fitness center, resort-style pool, outdoor grilling areas, and an off-leash pet park.
