Wood Partners, CP Capital Launch 310-Unit Community in Cumming
Wood Partners has broken ground on its 310-unit Alta North multifamily in Cumming, GA. The property is developed as a joint venture with CP Capital US and scheduled to open in late 2023.
The forthcoming community at the intersection of GA 400 and Settingdown Circle will be part of a larger planned development, which will bring more than 15,000 square feet of commercial space and a new public road connecting the adjacent residential development to the north to Settingdown Circle.
Once complete, Alta North will feature one- and two-bedroom apartment homes across a combination of three-story and 3/4 split buildings. Within the community clubhouse, residents will have access to a 24/7 fitness center, lounge and co-working spaces.
