Wood Investments Signs Tenant to Former Tower Records in Brea

Wood Investments Companies, Inc. has leased the former Tower Records location at 220 S. Brea Blvd. in Brea to UFC GYM, which is expected to open in the third quarter of 2023. Wood Investments had acquired the 30,000-square-foot property in March 2022.

Jim Manarino and Tracey Zimmerman of Manarino & Associates represented Wood Investments in acquiring the Tower Records property. Manarino & Associates also represented UFC in the lease.

“Brea was on our radar for a number of tenants that we work with and when the opportunity arose to acquire the former Tower Records building and lease it to UFC, it seemed like the perfect fit to round out the neighboring retail and shopping center tenant mix,” said Patrick Wood, CEO and president of Wood Investments. “We are excited to bring UFC GYM to this area and look forward to our partnership with UFC for many years to come.”
