Women in Real Estate Honoree: Randy Fifield, Fifield Companies
Randy Fifield guided the Fifield Companies to success, developing new upscale apartments and condominiums in Chicago and Los Angeles.
As chairwoman of Fifield’s development arm in Chicago, Fifield Realty Corp., and principal of its development arm in L.A., Century West Partners, Fifield’s recent developments encompass 2,560 units, totaling $1.5 billion in investment.
Her success as a development pioneer led us to chose Fifield to be one of the 2017 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect Media’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of those women who’ve reached respected positions of leadership, and play key mentorship roles for others in commercial real estate.
Fifield started out with her own redevelopments of residential buildings in Chicago in the 1990s. In 1999, she joined her husband at Fifield Companies, and led the firm to success with urban multifamily developments like the 461 loft condos at the Gotham and Clinton Complex.
