Women in Real Estate Honoree: Rachel Coulter, JLL

Rachel Coulter is a broker who brings the best out of everyone she partners with — from clients to competitors and colleagues.

As senior vice president for JLL, she is co-leader of JLL’s Austin Agency Leasing team, representing more than 3.5 million square feet of office space, including two million in Austin’s central business district. Her accomplishments include the 100% lease-up of the first new development in downtown Austin in more than 10 years.

Coulter has been honored as a Costar Power Broker, and was recognized by the Austin Business Journal Heavy Hitter Awards.

Her success is just one of the reasons we chose Coulter to be one of the 2017 Women in Real Estate Award winners for Texas.
