Women in Real Estate Honoree: Kimberly Brennan, Colliers International

When Kimberly Brennan joined Colliers International in 2015, she immediately introduced a new, mentorship and training program for brokers with up to five years of experience. Through selective, strategic hiring, she doubled the company’s population of junior talent and the percentage of female talent within her market area in just two years.

As chief operating officer for the New York/Tri-State Region, she also established a retail service line and expanded its investment sales team, and also recently opened a third N.J. office in MetroPark, to support its growing Central New Jersey industrial practice.

Her success is one of the reasons we chose Brennan to be one of the 2017 Women in Real Estate Award winners for New York. Connect Media’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of those women who’ve reached respected positions of leadership, and play key mentorship roles for others in commercial real estate.

Over her 25-year career, she served as N.J. Market Leader for Cushman & Wakefield, and Managing Director of Brokerage Services for CBRE’s Midtown Manhattan office.
