Women in Real Estate Honoree: Beth Lambert, Cushman & Wakefield

Beth Lambert is executive managing director of Cushman & Wakefield’s Equity, Debt and Structured Finance Group. She is also a capital markets leader for the firm, locally, in Dallas-Fort Worth, and nationally. She joined Cushman & Wakefield’s predecessor, Cassidy Turley, to build that company’s capital markets platform in Dallas.

She also helps entrepreneurs launch their own real estate firms.

“Beth has helped more than 10 companies get off the ground, in the multifamily, retail, office and industrial sectors,” said Cushman & Wakefield’s senior communications director, Christine Perez. Those firms include apartment company Magnolia Property Co. and Caddo Holdings.

We have chosen Lambert to be one of the 2017 Women in Real Estate Award winners for Texas. Connect Media’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of those women who’ve reached respected positions of leadership, and play key mentorship roles for others in commercial real estate.

Before her stint at Cassidy Turley, Lambert launched and ran Vision Capital, a commercial real estate investment and capital advisory firm. Previously, she led Archon Group’s $14 billion portfolio and fund management team.

“She is a sought-after expert and leader, who is trusted by some of the most notable names in commercial real estate investment,” Perez said.
