Staying ahead of the revolution in retail real estate requires constant curiosity about how consumers are behaving. By understanding what draws consumers, Solanki can evaluate plans to reposition retail assets to capture the attention of shoppers, deliver on sales and eventually create value. As national director of retail services in the U.S. for Colliers International, she provides strategic leadership to more than 500 retail professionals in North America.

Her fresh thinking is one of the reasons we chose Solanki to be one of the 2017 Women in Real Estate Award winners for California.
