Women-Owned Hearing Loss Practice to Open in MD

Audiology Associates, Inc., a women-owned medical practice specializing in hearing health, is expanding within Carney Village Shopping Center in Parkville, Maryland. After 25 years as a co-tenant, they signed a lease for 1,486 square feet of dedicated space and plan to open in early summer.

The practice, co-owned by Drs. Melissa Segev and Briana Bruno Holtan, offers diagnostic services and treatment plans for hearing loss and other ear-related issues. Nearly 10 medical professionals and support staff are expected to work at the facility at 9613 Harford Road. Dominique Threatt at Commercial for CRC represented the landlord in this lease transaction.

“We have had a presence in Carney Village since 1999 and have established an extremely loyal patient following,” stated Drs. Segev and Bruno Holtan. “Our practice continues to grow from word-of-mouth recommendations and local medical health care providers who trust in our care, and this larger location provides the space we need to support the community’s needs.”
