Women in Real Estate Honoree: Lili Dunn, Bell Partners

As president of Bell Partners, Lili Dunn has become a leading figure in U.S. multifamily development. She joined the 40-year-old family company in 2010 as chief investment officer, and became the first non-family member to be named president of the firm.

She has helped the Bell family transform its company from a regional firm, which raised its capital from private investors, to a national company which raises equity from major institutional investors in the U.S., Canada and Europe, while it continues to serve the private clients it has worked with for 40 years.

Her success with the firm is just one of the reasons we chose Dunn to be one of the 2017 Women in Real Estate Award winners.
