Women in Real Estate Honoree: Joni Brown-Haas, PGIM Real Estate Finance

Joni Brown-Haas focused on quality management and process improvement long before metrics and data became a focus for commercial real estate pros. As she often says, ‘No metrics means no movement.’

As president of Prudential Asset Resources, part of PGIM Real Estate Finance, she oversees a portfolio valued in excess of $89 billion.

That’s just one of the reasons we chose Brown-Haas to be one of the 2017 Women in Real Estate Award winners for Texas. Connect Media’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of those women who’ve reached respected positions of leadership, and play key mentorship roles for others in commercial real estate.

In 1981, Brown-Haas launched her career as an analyst for Citicorp Mortgage. She also served executive stints at Citicorp Mortgage, Fleet Mortgage Group, First Horizon Home Loans and ORIX Real Estate Capital Markets.

She also contributes to the broader community, and is active with the CREW network, Habitat for Humanity, Dallas Women’s Foundation and the North Texas Food Bank.
