Women in Real Estate 2018: Wogan’s a Top 5 Producer at Transwestern

With 32 years of commercial real estate experience, Michelle Wogan has been a top producer with Transwestern for over 14 years. She was named one of the Top 5 Producers nationally last year with Transwestern, and is one of the only women to be named in the Top 5 Producers in company history.

Wogan strives for success and has consistently shown the ability to find win/win solutions for her clients. Although some transactions are more difficult than others, loyalty and service are her primary focus. She has restacked several office buildings, and been successful in leasing large blocks of space because of her efforts in repositioning the assets and creating value.

These are just some of the reasons we chose Wogan as one of the 2018 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect Media’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others.

In addition to leading a three-member team at Transwestern, Wogan oversees the firm’s fundraising efforts for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and serves as the society’s executive director. For the past five years, Wogan has served as the chairman of the board for the North Houston District, and she has been a board member for over 22 years. She is also the vice chair of the Lone Star College Foundation.
