Women in Real Estate 2018: Taft’s Arnold is a Leader Inside and Outside the Firm

That’s just one of the reasons we chose Arnold as one of the 2018 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect Media’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others.
Arnold was selected by Taft’s executive committee to chair the real estate and condominium groups due to her collaborative leadership style, reputation for client service and keen understanding of the CRE market. In the past three years, the groups have grown across all Taft markets to 75 attorneys that annually handle transactions well over $1 billion.
Despite her demanding schedule, Arnold gives back to the community by leading efforts to help those in need. For the past 20 years, she has personally rallied attorneys and staff members to answer “Dear Santa” letters for children who are less fortunate. At Taft, Arnold has been the longtime ambassador for attorneys’ involvement in the John Buck Foundation’s annual Spring Fling, which raised over $900,000 this year for Off the Street Club, which brings after-school programs and mentoring for at-risk youth.
