Women in Real Estate 2018: NKF’s Moy Brings Knowledge and Passion to Workplace Strategy

Ask Tamar Moy about current trends in workplace strategy, and you’ll hear from one of the leading authorities on the business dynamics that are driving space requirements. It’s likely that you’ll glean the kind of insight that can only come from 20-plus years’ experience in the field, because Moy has been linking the design of physical space with human behavior for that long. That’s a rarity in the world of commercial real estate, where workplace strategy is a relatively new service offering.

That’s just one of the reasons we chose Moy as one of the 2018 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect Media’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others.

Moy brought her expertise to NKF in 2017, after serving as director of workplace strategy at Perkins Eastman with a focus on corporate interiors. In her present role, she brings passion as well as knowledge to the subject of how space design has measurable benefits for businesses and employees, and this passion resonates in her relationships with clients.

She works closely with clients to develop innovative real estate solutions that promote best practices, corporate culture, work process and business objectives. She also applies her historical perspective to shaping resilient workplaces that meet her clients’ needs for today and tomorrow.
