Women in Real Estate 2018: Kidder Mathews’ Lee is Deeply Rooted in Her Market
Linda Lee comes to Kidder Mathews, which she recently joined as an EVP and partner, with an enviable track record.
With a cumulative transactional volume totaling more than $1 billion, she has participated in many of the most significant transactions in the Tri-Cities of Burbank, Glendale and Pasadena during her 16-year career, including the $200-million sale of a one million-square-foot office campus.
That’s just one of the reasons we chose Lee as one of the 2018 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect Media’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others.
Lee was born in Taiwan and immigrated to the United States at age six. She spoke no English at the time ,and barely any Mandarin. She quickly mastered both languages, strived to excel in her studies, and has lived the “American Dream.” She has established herself as an accomplished broker in the commercial real estate industry. In nine years with her prior employer, Charles Dunn Company, she consistently ranked in the top 10 in sales company-wide.
A former chairwoman of the Glendale Chamber of Commerce, Lee understands her local market and is deeply rooted in the community. With a specialized knowledge of the market, its tenants, landlords and strategic location, she can advise her clients on the best opportunities for their individualized needs.
