Women in Real Estate 2018: KBS’ Nguyen Leads By Example and Charisma
At KBS Realty Advisors, Mimi Nguyen leads by example and works tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure the company is acquiring superior deals for its investors. She is dedicated to bringing the company up to current market standards in every aspect, and has been instrumental in streamlining the due diligence process by creating templates, models, implementing new software and building great relationships with other market leaders.
Nguyen has formulated an efficient and seamless process for each transaction, running numerous deals with multiple timeframes spanning the entire country. Through these methods, she has managed and closed approximately $7.7 billion in transactions for KBS Realty Advisors.
