Women in Real Estate 2018: Golub’s Deborah Frank is a Proactive Problem-Solver
For Golub & Company, Deborah Frank oversees all the leasing and marketing of commercial properties, including more than 2.75 million square feet of office space in Chicago, its suburbs and Minneapolis. Revenues and leasing percentages have increased on her watch. For example, occupancy at 625 N. Michigan Ave. in Chicago grew from 70% to 99% over a three-year period.
