Women in Real Estate 2018: Cushman & Wakefield’s Boyle a Strong Leader Across Multiple Disciplines
In her current role as senior managing director, asset services, with Cushman & Wakefield, Sandra Boyle is responsible for the oversight of over 53.5 million square feet across 11 counties in Northern California. It’s a role that requires superior leadership, skill and organization, not only in managing and servicing the countless properties she oversees, but also the numerous client relationships and teams of people she works closely with on a daily basis.
It’s also a role for which Boyle is well-suited. She’s a strong motivator with effective leadership, communication and decision-making skills, possessing exceptional knowledge and well-rounded experience across multiple disciplines such as investment, entitlement and development, brokerage, project management, asset and property management and portfolio management, while also leading all supportive departments such as IT, legal and human resources.
These are just a few of the reasons we chose Boyle as one of the 2018 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect Media’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others.
Boyle also draws on her position, talents and experience to assist young or new aspiring real estate professionals at the collegiate level. She was the founding chair of the BOMA San Francisco Foundation, a 501(c)(3) that promotes commercial real estate workforce development through funding curriculum development in the local colleges and universities.
