Women in Real Estate 2020: Tishman Speyer’s EB Kelly Takes Rockefeller Center in New Directions

Last year alone, she launched “The Vend,” a first-of-its-kind retail experience in the form of customized and contactless vending machines—now updated to be completely contactless in a world reeling from the pandemic.
These are just a few of the reasons we chose Nivison as one of the 2020 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect Media’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others.
Prior to taking on the Rockefeller Center role, Kelly led the rollout of ZO., a tenant amenity program that made Tishman Speyer the first leading landlord to offer a sophisticated suite of amenities, from wellness to backup childcare, to its tenants globally.
Her deep Real Estate IQ was demonstrated in the company’s Long Island City deal in Queens, where was instrumental in helping negotiate the purchase of the site, close the equity and debt financing, and successfully brand and launch the marketing and leasing campaign.
