Women in Real Estate 2020: Logic’s Natalie Wainwright is a Leader for Women’s Rights

Natalie Wainwright is a leading tenant rep office broker in Las Vegas, where she serves as Vice President at Logic Commercial Real Estate. Wainwright joined the firm in late 2019 to spearhead its new Office Tenant Representation Division.

She has emerged as a top tenant rep broker in Las Vegas by focusing on the vast array of out-of-state tenants seeking to relocate into an emerging office market and has developed a strong network with some of the top tenant representation brokers in the country.

She is also a celebrated brand specialist and known for omnipresence. With her consistent online media presence, she gains opportunities that others may have missed. She knows how to work the social media channels appropriately and effectively to market herself, her brand and her image in the real estate community all the while showcasing the authenticity of her personal life.

Reflecting the importance and value of that approach, she was named the No. 1 Social Media Influencer in CRE in 2020 by CREi and was selected as Instagram’s Top CRE Professional to follow globally in 2018. But Wainwright also has earned industry achievements including 2018 and 2017 CoStar Power Broker accolades. She was also a member of Connect Media’s 2018 National Next Generation Awards class.

These are just a few of the reasons we chose Wainwright as one of the 2020 Women in Real Estate Award winners in Phoenix and the Southwest. Connect Media’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others.

Wainwright is a leader for women’s movements and rights, bringing a passion for encouraging more women in business. As a past president of CREW Las Vegas, she is a mentor to younger professionals in the CRE business.

Additionally, she is the founder of “Single Mom Tribe,” a local non-profit organization in Las Vegas dedicated to the families with a single mom as the head of the household. The group is dedicated to planning retreats for mothers to gather, unwind, recharge, get new tools to tackle the issues. What sets the organization apart is moms are encouraged to bring children to the retreat, creating a tribe.
