Women in Real Estate 2020: Strada Real Estate Services’ Nancy Roach Blazes a Trail for Women

Serving as Founder and CEO of Strada Real Estate Services, Nancy Roach has been a pioneer in the commercial real estate landscape and used her multi-faceted background to mentor other women in the industry.

Roach founded Strada Real Estate Services in 2001 and forged it into the multi-million-dollar company that it is today, ushering it through the 2008 financial crisis and now the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic. Her innovation created an efficient, cost-effective, high-tech business model that gives clients the proper maintenance solutions. In addition to fostering her already formidable leadership skills and business innovation, she has become a Licensed Real Estate Managing Broker and Certified Property Manager.

These are just a few of the reasons we chose Roach as one of the 2020 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect Media’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others.

Over the span of her career, she has served as Director, Vice President, and President at several commercial real estate and property management firms prior to founding Strada. She has shared her business savvy and experience with other women and is an outspoken advocate for fostering their careers in the commercial real estate industry. Roach is an active member of CREW and has served as President of CREW Chicago, as well as sat on a number of CREW Network national committees.
