Women in Real Estate 2020: MetaProp’s Maureen Waters Embraces Technology and Innovation

Maureen Waters, who serves as Partner of MetaProp, has spent more than a decade promoting innovation and technology in the commercial real estate industry. She has transformed its technological landscape by utilizing her in-depth knowledge of real estate and technology, as well as extended its horizons by forging relationships with strategic partners on a global scale.

Her legacy of transformation is extensive, having started her career at CBRE, then at Cushman & Wakefield where she served as Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and Head of Business Development. These are just a few of the reasons we chose Waters as one of the 2020 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect Media’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others.

Her 20 years of experience has given her in-depth knowledge at building and scaling successful real estate, tech teams, and organizations – ensuring that whatever she touches is sure to transform.
