As the CFO at Primax Properties in Charlotte, Marie McLucas is passionate about the advancement of women and young professionals in the real estate industry. She has been recognized as an iconic figure in the Charlotte CRE community and has created generations

of impact through her leadership, mentoring, creative ideas to innovate and improve the lives of women and young girls, sharing her professional business and referrals to enhance the economic impact of CREW members and other industry partners, and providing enthusiastic passion and unwavering support for the industry overall.

McLucas is a past president of the 300+-member CREW Charlotte chapter and is the chair of the Finance and Investment committees for the National CREW organization. She has served as Network Delegate and on the Scholarship Selection and Audit Committees for the National CREW organization. Marie was the force behind CREW Charlotte’s Leadership Program in partnership with KPMG/Athena International for CREW members and professional women in the Charlotte community.

These are just a few of the reasons we chose McLucas as one of the 2020 Women in Real Estate Award winners. Connect Media’s Women in Real Estate Awards honor the achievements and inspirational stories of women who have reached respected positions of leadership and play key mentorship roles for others.
